Elan Valley

The Spectacular Elan Valley is just a short drive up stream on the river Wye.

There is 70 square miles of dams, reservoirs and rugged Welsh landscapes to explore plus a visitor centre, play area and café.

There’s plenty to see and do in the Elan Valley. By day, explore this special landscape by bike, car or on foot. When the sun sets and the night falls, look up and marvel at the star-studded skies.

Another dark sky area here in Mid Wales where the night sky is something to behold.
